Can/Am Technologies - Teller Government Cashiering welcomes Product Designer Vinnie Fernandez to the team. In his role, Vinnie will conduct user research and usability testing, draft workflows and customer journey maps, develop feature requirements and mockups, and build a consistent design language and system to accelerate development.
Vinnie previously held positions as a Director of Product Strategy, Quality, and Compliance at HealthStream, and as the Director of User Experience & Product Design at Providigm. He received a Bachelor's Degree from Arizona State University and completed CooperU's Interaction Design Practicum.
He served the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Civil Air Patrol, an auxiliary of the United States Air Force that supports communities with emergency and disaster response, aviation and ground team services, youth development, and promotion of air and space education.
Vinnie enjoys spending time with his daughter and twin sons, participating in Bible studies, and working with 3D modeling and printing.
