Since starting the company over 20 years ago, Joshua Langemann continues to drive both integrity and excellence at Can/Am Technologies. He has a passion for connecting with people, both in person and through software. Clients quickly become friends and advisers as the company grows and the flagship product, Teller, advances.

Josh is intensely motivated to create software that gets out of the way, enabling people to do their jobs without nonsense or added steps. He is careful to honor commitments and serve our customers well.

As a husband and a father of eight children, Josh also leads a busy and rewarding life outside of work. His hobbies include golf and violin.

Jennifer is a versatile and experience CFO who has led teams across operations, finance, and accounting. Having spent 15 years on senior management teams — much of it in start-up environments — she’s comfortable wearing many hats, from building company strategy to negotiating contracts to partnering with every department in the business. What she enjoys most is developing the people on her team, helping them grow their careers while pushing the team to new levels. Whatever the challenge, Jennifer’s approach is the same: find the solution and make it happen.

Drew Port brings expertise in cybersecurity strategy, compliance, and risk management to his role as CISO at Can/Am. With a background securing organizations across finance, healthcare, and software development, Drew helps organizations navigate complex security challenges with clarity and confidence. He has built his career on the belief that cybersecurity is, at its core, about people as much as technology.

Outside of work, Drew is an avid outdoorsman and photographer whose spirit of adventure has taken him deep into the Colorado Rockies and beyond.

Noah serves Can/Am’s clients and staff through leading the Project Implementation and Production Support Teams. He oversees the implementation of client projects and manages the continued support of live clients.

Noah is passionate about people and, whether technical, business, or interpersonal, he loves helping them solve their problems and experience the joy of a solution.

In his spare time, Noah enjoys making, writing, and listening to music, hiking, backpacking, biking, skiing, volleyball, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.

Theo serves Can/Am as our Director of Human Resources. He oversees the companies’ HR initiatives, monitors adherence to internal policies, and devises strategies for performance evaluation, recruiting, and training.

Theo is passionate about serving others in a way that increases satisfaction, engagement and fulfillment both professionally and personally.

In his free time, Theo loves golf, a good game of chess, the great outdoors, and spending time with his beautiful wife and four children.

Shane Quint brings decades of experience in software development, IT leadership, and emerging technologies to his role as CTO at Can/Am Technologies. His career spans roles at companies like Electronic Data Systems, Burlington Northern Railroad, and Education Sales Management, where he served as CTO through its acquisition by Xerox.

Before joining Can/Am in 2025, Shane led development teams at CereHealth, delivering FDA-cleared medical imaging software and AI-driven diagnostic tools. He combines technical expertise with a passion for building scalable, user-focused solutions that make complex systems easy to use.
