Noah has consistently demonstrated excellence in his leadership of the Can/Am Implementation team as it continues to grow, providing exceptional value to our clients. In his prior role as Director of Implementations, Noah also oversaw account management, ensuring alignment across client stakeholders and partners to execute on-time, successful implementations. Noah will expand on these responsibilities as our new VP of Client Success.
In her previous role as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Can/Am, Svetlana has been instrumental to the mplementation team's success. In her new role as Implementation Configuration Lead, Svetlana will manage a team of Implementation Specialists to deliver successful product configuration, testing, and client training and to exceed client expectations.
Over his time at Can/Am, Wells has analyzed complex systems, solved multifaceted business problems, and delivered high-quality requirements to our teams as a Business Analyst. Now as the Principal Business Analyst, he is responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Business Analysts who bridge the gap between clients and technical staff, collaborating closely with engineering, implementation, and client teams to drive exceptional outcomes.
