Teller Government Cashiering has been awarded a cooperative purchasing contract through TXShare, the North Central Texas Council of Governments’ (NCTCOG) public-sector purchasing program. The competitively awarded contract gives eligible TXShare participants a streamlined path to access Teller Government Cashiering’s unified payment hub and revenue-management platform.

Available to cities, counties, school districts, special districts, and qualifying nonprofit organizations across the United States, NCTCOG’s TXShare program provides access to cooperative contracts for goods and services. TXShare contracts are publicly solicited, with proposals evaluated by subject matter experts against the requirements and evaluation criteria established for each solicitation.
For eligible entities with a completed TXShare Interlocal Agreement, the Teller Government Cashiering contract can shorten the path from evaluating a payment solution to putting it to work. Rather than issuing a separate solicitation for an eligible purchase, agencies may be able to use this competitively sourced cooperative contract and focus on fit, implementation needs, and local approvals.
Teller Government Cashiering brings payment channels, revenue management, reconciliation, and payment operations together in a cloud-based, unified payment hub. By enabling automated reconciliation, Teller Cashiering has helped agencies save tens of thousands of dollars annually while freeing up more than 30% of staff time.
