Overview
Neil Heyer serves as the Tax Services Manager of Clark County, Washington. In this video, Neil compares the efficiency of day-to-day operations pre-Teller implementation versus post-implementation.
"Teller Cashiering is essential for a single point of sale. [The County's] different host systems communicate with Teller. Prior to having Teller, each cashier would have to do balancing at the end of the night with multiple deposits. Now they just have a single session in Teller."
— Neil Heyer, Clark County Manager of the Treasurer's Tax Services Division
"We process a lot of mail in our office. These mail pieces have a coupon and a check, and you can batch these together in a stack and run it through a scanner. That greatly reduced the time needed to post payments, and posting payments timely is really important in our line of work."
