Gwinnett County’s Department of Planning and Development is adopting the Teller solution as part of its commitment to provide the most efficient, effective, and elite service possible to their resident and business customers.
As part of the engagement, Teller will unify web and in-person payments by integrating to systems that power permitting, merchant processing, and the general ledger, among others.
The County joins a growing number of Teller clients in the Southeast United States, including City of Miami and Saint John’s County in FL, Chesterfield County and Henrico County in VA, City of Charlotte and Town of Cary in NC, City of Columbia in SC, City of Birmingham in AL, and other cities and counties in the region and across the United States.
