
The City of Grand Prairie, Texas has selected Teller Government Cashiering to support a multi-phase modernization initiative focused on streamlining revenue collection, payment processing, and financial operations.
The initiative will improve payment processing efficiency, automate check handling, and provide a modern online payment experience for customers. The initial implementation will establish a foundation for broader enterprise payment modernization efforts planned for future phases.
Teller Government Cashiering will integrate directly with Workday Financials and Accounts Receivable to support invoice retrieval, Worktags, automated financial synchronization, and reconciliation workflows while maintaining Workday as the system of record.
A future phase of the project is expected to expand Teller Government Cashiering across additional departments and revenue streams, aligning with the City’s planned implementation of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform.
The City of Grand Prairie joins a growing regional customer base that includes Denton County, City of Amarillo, City of McAllen, and City of Galveston in TX; Tulsa County, OK; Bernalillo County, NM; and Mesa County and City of Arvada in CO, among many others.
