The City of Wausau and Marathon County, WI Modernize Payment and Online Capabilities with Teller Cashiering Solution

Lakewood, CO –– The City of Wausau and Marathon County, WI part of CCITC (City County Information Technology Commission) which serves the City and County, as well as North Central Health Care (NCHC) in Central Wisconsin, recently awarded a contract to Can/Am Technologies to install its Teller Cashiering Solution in conjunction with a suite of Workday applications.

The new system will provide real time bi-directional interfaces to Workday, Workday A/R, Passport Parking, CUSI Utility Billing, Evolve, TIPPS, Transcendent and Portfol applications. Multiple departments throughout City and County will have access to Teller’s easy-to-use Online Customer Portal, Image Cash Letter and Check Scanning solutions. Staff throughout the City and County will be working with the Can/Am team to employ the new system. This implementation will improve city and county cashiering processing efficiencies, save staff time, and reduce costs while providing citizens a more convenient payment procedure.

CCITC selected Teller because of its comprehensive functionality, straight forward configurability, robust reporting, smooth Workday integration, and easy-to-use management tools.
