The City of Springfield, Ohio has launched their new solution with Teller Cashiering. The payment solution is integrated to Oracle Financials & Accounts Receivable and takes payments for the City’s utility billing and permitting applications, as well as an online customer payment portal.
Real-time, bi-directional interfaces to the Teller cloud-based cashiering solution streamlines staff reporting and revenue management across multiple City applications. The easy-to-use online portal lets customers pay for multiple bills in a single transaction, including for accounts receivable, utility bills, permitting, and more.
The City selected the Teller Cashiering Solution for several reasons, including comprehensive functionality, straightforward configurability, robust reporting, and seamless Oracle integration, in addition to its easy-to-use management and reporting tools.
