Teller is being implemented by the County with the goal of streamlining internal processes while enabling citizens to make payments easily and efficiently. The Teller Cashiering Solution was selected by the County based on several key factors including comprehensive functionality, effortless configurability, strong reporting capabilities, and easy integration with existing systems.
COUNTY PROFILE
Kittitas County is in the center of Washington state. Its county seat and largest city is Ellensburg. The city is located along the Yakima River in the Kittitas Valley, an agricultural region that extends east towards the Columbia River. The valley is a major producer of Timothy Hay, which is processed and shipped internationally. Ellensburg is also the home of Central Washington University.
