Lakewood, CO –– The City of Olympia, WA recently awarded a contract to Can/Am Technologies, to install its Teller Cashiering Solution in conjunction with a suite of Workday applications. This implementation will improve city cashiering processing efficiencies, save staff time, and reduce costs while providing citizens a more convenient payment procedure.
The new system will provide a comprehensive enterprise management solution that integrates Teller Cashiering, POS devices, Online Customer Portal and management reporting with Workday Financials, A/R, Counter, Back Office, and Check Scanning solutions. The City’s Finance and other departments will be utilizing Tellers’ easy-to-use Cashiering system. City staff members will be working with the Can/Am team soon to implement the new system.

The city selected the Teller Cashiering Solution because of several key factors including comprehensive functionality, straightforward configurability, robust reporting, and Workday integration, in addition to its easy-to-use management tools.
