City of Bakersfield, CA to streamline receipt processing with Teller Cashiering Solution

Lakewood, CO –– The City of Bakersfield, CA will be installing Can/Am Technologies’ Teller Cashiering Solution in conjunction with Oracle Financial and Oracle A/R. The new software integration will improve payment processing efficiencies within multiple departments throughout the City.

The new system features payment batch interfaces with a variety of applications. An Online Customer Portal will streamline payments online for the City’s customers. Teller’s Check Scanning and Image Cash Letter solutions will also be implemented to improve staff productivity.

The City selected Teller’s Integrated Cashiering Solution based on several key factors including comprehensive functionality, easy configurability, improved cash controls, Oracle and other software integrations, robust reporting, collection, and easy-to-use management tools.
