Lakewood, CO – Can/Am Technologies announced the recent addition of Theo Devries, who joins the company as a Business Analyst and Human Resources Assistant. Theo brings a passion for developing policies, procedures, and culture based on taking care of clients and employees in a way that is efficient and effective.
Theo recently commented “I am excited to be working here at Can/Am! I have a background in Pastoral ministry, an education in Human Resourcing, as well as experience in the HR field.” Theo earned a Certificate in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition from Cornell University in 2020 and worked as a summer intern at Computronix. Prior to that, he earned a Diploma in Pastoral Studies and Counseling from Prairie College in Alberta. Theo aspires to be an excellent Business Analyst as well as a Human Resources Asset by working hard, smart, and with positivity.
In his free time, Theo loves golf, the great outdoors, and spending time with his beautiful wife and three daughters.
