We are excited to welcome Mackenzie Anderson to Can/Am Technologies as a Technical Support Technician!
Mackenzie brings experience in leading configuration and maintenance of POS systems in the hospitality space, where she has worked with database management systems across 50 restaurant and bar locations.
She is skilled in troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues, as well as other challenges. Additionally, she is complementing her experience with a Business Information Systems (BIS) Diploma, which includes coursework in accounting, programming, and other topics.
Some of her hobbies and interests include hiking, gaming, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends. In her previous role, she traveled frequently to complete network retrofits and RES3700 to Simphony conversions, and she is eager to continue exploring new places in her free time.
