Jacob Kerbaugh Joins Can/Am Technologies as Client Support Lead

Lakewood, CO – Can/Am Technologies is pleased to announce the addition of Jacob Kerbaugh as Client Support Lead. He will be providing Production Support for our Teller Cashiering Solution clients. He will be managing our support ticketing system as well as overseeing collaboration with the team for Production Support. Jacob will also be creating documentation and standards for all aspects of our Production Support system.

Jacob is an experienced Information Technology Support Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the industry. He is skilled in troubleshooting hardware/software, HTML5, CSS3, Visual Basic, Customer Service, and Sales. Before joining Can/Am Jacob most recently worked as a Technical Support Representative at Rocky Mountain Human Services in Denver, Colorado, providing software support and MTI Dispatch. Jacob earned a Bachelor’s degree in University Studies from Oklahoma State University and holds a CompTIA A+ ce Certification.

Jacob and his wife Kayla recently celebrated the birth of their newborn daughter. In his free time he enjoys video gaming, riding motorcycles, and brewing his own beer, and considers himself a bit of a history buff. Please join us in welcoming Jacob to the Can/Am family.
