Lakewood, CO – David Pardell joined Can/Am Technologies earlier this summer as a Software developer Intern where he has been providing support to our growing software development team.
David is a recent graduate of the Computer Engineering Technology program at Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) and is looking forward to joining the Can/Am team for the summer!
David has a strong passion for software development and computer science. In the fall, he will begin a Bachelor of Science – Specialization in Computing Science at the University of Alberta, where he will seek to expand his knowledge and experience into fields like machine learning and AI. During his time at NAIT, he developed a solid foundation of practical skills that he hopes to build on while interning at Can/Am. David recently commented “I am looking forward not only to furthering my skills, but also to being in a professional software development setting where real-world problems are being solved.”
In his free time David enjoys continuing to learn about and experimenting with core programming concepts including operating systems, compilers, and programming languages. When he chooses to take a break from computers, he likes to get outside and play a variety of sports, which in his words “provides a much-needed balance to (his) life.” Please join us in welcoming David to the Can/Am family for the summer.
